	On a monthly basis a judging panel reviews the nominations and selects the employee/s of the month who is presented with a gift voucher and plaque.

10	Employee of the Year
	At the end of each year the judging panel will review the previous 12 months of Employee of the Month recipients and select the Employee/s of the Year to receive an award.
